Sn-238
DIPSOL Sn-238 is a weak alkaline type tin and solder plating solution which
can be safely applied on ceramic composite parts of special glasses and ferrite
without any attack to substances.

| Features | ●Semi-Bright deposit could be obtained from weak alkaline plating bath. ●Prevents erosion of parts in acid～weak acid bath. It is suitable for chips consisting of special multi ceramic and ferrite on preventing overbridge. ●Prevents stretching and eroding of parts and can achieve tinsolder plating dedicated to circuit. ●Addition of Pb metal with Sn-238Pb allows use as solder plating. |
